About The Fund
The Woodward Corridor Investment Fund is a loan fund created by bank and social investors to bring financing to developers interested in revitalizing the Woodward Corridor. With this combination of capital, the Fund is able to offer long-term, fixed rate loans with competitive terms for multi-family and mixed use properties that will close during 2014.
The Woodward Corridor, named for Woodward Avenue, also known as Detroit’s Main Street, has been the heart of the motor city for decades. The Woodward Corridor has occupancy rates above 95% with a high demand for more housing, retail, academic, and medical space. As the home to some of Detroit’s largest institutions and employers, this is an ideal time to develop in this area.
